Sam Tracy is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who discovered her passion for performing music when she was asked to sing in the second-grade school concert. To everyone's surprise, including her own, Sam's voice captured the audience in her small-town gymnasium.

Sam spent her childhood singing and when she was 13, she picked up a Yamaha Junior guitar and learned her first chords. Before long, and with the support of her family and community, Sam was performing at local open mics, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

Sam’s unique blend of indie, folk, and americana style combined with her soulful and sweet vocals creates a sound that is both fresh and familiar. For the last fifteen years, she has been singing and playing in Central New Hampshire and the Greater New England area both as a headlining act and with her band The Starlight Honeys.

In Spring 2023, Sam released her debut single “Weather” recorded and produced at Mojo Recording Studio in Easton, New Hampshire. "Weather" is available on all major streaming platforms.

 

Sam’s voice has been likened to artists including Alison Krauss, Aoife O’Donovan, and Emmylou Harris. Notable performances include accompanying the IBMA Award-Winning Gibson Brothers at the Stone Mountain Art Center and opening for Joe K. Walsh, Antje Duvekot, and The Clements Brothers.
